1. To enter a participant must complete the following actions by 8:00pm on the 22/10/17.

2. Maximum 1 entrant per person.

 

3. The winning entry will be chosen at random on the 23/10/17 and will be contacted via Facebook Messenger.

 

4. If the chosen winner does not respond to their Facebook Messenger within 72 hours, a new winner will be chosen.

 

5. The winner will be eligible to choose an official English Premier League jersey from the Football Galaxy online shop and have their chosen name and number printed on the back.
