Standard Products: If you are within the Australia Post Express network you should receive your order within 2 days of despatch. If you are outside the area, it may take 1-2 days longer for you to receive your order.
Personalised Jerseys: Please add an additional 5 working days for personalised jerseys.
When we despatch your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.
You can return any item within 30 days of purchase from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalised jerseys as they have been custom made especially for you.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.
Faulty or damage goods
If an item is found to be damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can resolve as quickly as possible. A photo of the damage will help us with the returns process.
If you have requested a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes complete the return transaction.
Because they have been printed especially for you we are unable to accept a return or refund and this includes if a player changes clubs or jersey numbers.
If we have printed a name incorrectly the item is found to be damaged or faulty we will gladly work with you to exchange or refund.
