We offer free shipping for all orders over $150 Australia-wide. 

Orders under $150 include a $10 shipping fee.

If you are within the Australia Post Express network you should receive your order within 2-4 days of despatch. If you are outside the area, it may take 1-2 days longer for you to receive your order.

Personalised Jerseys: Please add an additional 5 working days for personalised jerseys.

When we despatch your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.

Football Galaxy accords the highest priority to website and credit card security. We provide a safe platform for both the storage of personal details for our customer detail and also for online purchases and credit card transactions.

Football Galaxy is committed to providing only the best products and customer service. You can return any items within 30 days of purchase if it is unused with the original tags attached. This excludes personalised jerseys which have been custom made especially for you.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item. If you have any queries, please email us on info@footballgalaxy.com.au

If an item is found to be damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can resolve as quickly as possible. A photo of the damage will help us with the returns process.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes complete the return transaction.

Because they have been printed especially for you we are unable to accept a return or refund and this includes if a player changes clubs or jersey numbers. If we have printed a name incorrectly the item is found to be damaged or faulty we will gladly work with you to exchange or refund.

We continually check prices to ensure our prices are the best offered by an Australian retailer on the internet or in traditional retail stores.
